This tournament is rather unique to Mole Valley Bowmen, with the standard boss being replaced with a foam target measuring 6 foot by 4 inches, at ranges of 100 yards for gentlemen, 80 yards for ladies and 60 yards or closer for the various junior age groups.

The tournament is split into two classes - longbow and everything else. However we do exclude compound bows.

The Wand Shoot has grown in popularity over the years, attracting up to 100 archers, many in medieval dress.

The 2009 Wand shoot will be held at Therfield School in Leatherhead, Surrey on Sunday 17th May - entry forms are available to download below.
