Club competitions
As well as the formal competitions, the club holds a number of informal, fun shoots throughout the year. Some may be recognised rounds, whilst others are much more interesting!
Club Champs
At the end of the outdoor season, the club champs are held just before a tea and the AGM. Winners are declared on both score and handicap. The round tends to be an 8 or 9 doz arrows, shot at various distances.
Ted MacDonald
This is a relaxed affair: a handicap shoot followed by a BBQ.
Birthday Shoot
Near the end of the indoor season, we hold a fun indoor shoot. It is a mixture of all of the indoor rounds, to keep you on your toes. Winners of each sub-round can win some Easter eggs.
Christmas Shoot
Every Christmas we hold a fun shoot. The round is designed by the winner from the previous year, and there are no restrictions on what they can make us shoot! Afterwards we go for Christmas dinner at a local pub and have the obligatory quiz.
